Games of 2022

Probably should have written this a month ago. But these are all the games I played and finished in 22... In no particular order...
God of war Ragnarok.  Can't say enough good things about this game. There is just so much worth noting, is hard to know where to start
Gran Turismo 7. Finished menus. Solid
Outer worlds. Completed. Wasn't great, didn't suck.
Final Fantasy 7 Remake. Completed 2nd playthrough + DLC. Still love it.
Ghost of Tsushima. Completed. Loved
P5 Royal. Beat vanilla. Still working on this
Power wash simulator. 65 hours and counting...
Jedi fallen order. Completed. Liked enough to want the sequel

Started Callisto protocol after Xmas and finished 1/4. So it kinda walks the line... Great game. Graphics, story, performances... Combat would have benefited from a Dodge roll in some of those bigger fights. Despite finishing in under ten hours it didn't feel too short. My biggest gripe was the cliffhanger ending that's supposed to entice is into paying $30 for dlc that finishes the rest of the story ... No thanks. I'm not supportive of developers who give you 80% of a game for $70 and charge another $30 for the ending. It's anti consumer. Even moreso when the game is already this short. If it was a 40 hour game... Then it wouldn't be as dirty... But still... Ending a game like that isn't cool.

All told, it was a good year for gaming! 2023 is already shaping up as well with lots to look forward to.
